"Great features, easy use and implementation"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I love using the callbar, it is an excellent tool. The app makes calling comfortable, fast, and if it is linked to Salesforce, it is just a second to dial. Amazing that you can wherever you want just using internet. Updates are easy and quick. Notification appears just on the top of the page.

Great experience over the years

Great tool, I use it every day for calling. It is extremely important to have a good connection be able to complete the coaching with our clients. Talkdesk enables us to have longer conversations and perform well with each client. It is very easy to use, and it is reliable.
