What do you like best about Talkdesk? Ability to download the reports easily and various filters that can be used to get the required data for the reports. We have various playbooks to keep the record of special dates and holiday hours and the reports that we get from TD are very reliable and helpful for the business. Ability to log the calls also helps in finding relevant information.
