"Great Product"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that the application is easy to use. It is available anywhere you have your computer. I take my laptop with me so I can always use a company phone instead of having to use my own phone. I also like the ability to be able to use the call bar or login directly and use the web browser.

Amazing TalkDesk!

I work remote, so this application is incredible for being so accommodating wherever I am; it's always functioning the way I need it to do better serve my customers. It is user-friendly and very easy to teach anyone how to use.

Reliable and resilient - Tara D.

Talkdesk has proven to be very reliable and resilient. We experienced very little down time and it is able to hold up to our highest call volumes. It easily allows us to scale quickly when are call volumes go from a hundred calls a day to over 3000.
