"Making everything just a little bit easier"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? Connecting a person's phone call to their person account with just one click saves a TON of time that i normally would have had to kill by making idle small talk while i searched their name. Now it's all straight to the point!

Talkdesk is super easy to use and the service is top notch. My first day using it I knew exactly what to do. It is super intuitive. The service rarely goes down and when it does the support team is there by your side. The recovery time is also superb. 10/10 I would recommend this service.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I love the reports that TalkDesk provides, new ideas are always coming up through TalkDesk, their CustomerService Team is always so kind and ready to help. Our Customer Service team loves how easy, user-friendly TalkDesk is for them and when talking calls. Another thing I have noticed as well is that TalkDesk really listens to their customers, and they try to provide the best service to them.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I use Talk Desk for hundreds of calls daily and have found it to be a fast and reliable service for getting in touch with our customers and tracking past calls. We are easily able to search for callers and listen to previous calls quickly which is very important for Domio's customer service ratings.

"Overall good software, but not perfect. "
What do you like best about Talkdesk? Being able to record every call is super helpful with training new hires and when speaking to clients (if you forget something you can always go back and listen). Plus, it's also incredibly beneficial to have our entire company's phone system completely online. Since we're a tech start-up, we can often find ourselves taking work home with us. "Very Nice Experience ! "
What do you like best about Talkdesk? We had a need for a call center infrastructure and Talkdesk had a nice solution. From start to the end the process was very good. We were given an implementation specialist to set everything up and walk through from start to finish. Once the implementation is done, you are given a good customer support for any possible situation that can happen.
