Talkdesk provides a user-friendly interface that makes navigation a breeze. It breaks occasionally, but so does all technology. The great thing is that when those call outages or drops happen, the support team is quick to resolve.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that I am able to use it from where I am that I have internet, I am not tied to a physical phone at my office. I used to experience some issues with lag, but I expressed that to TalkDesk and have not experienced any issues since.
