TalkDesk is one of the most dynamic…

TalkDesk is one of the most dynamic call center options out there. Sometimes there are a few issues with degraded/missing calks, but overall TD functions very well and makes my job a lot easier than with our prior phone client.

Very pleased with TalkDesk!

I really like that TalkDesk allows me to use my phone when I step away from my desk because it's connected to the internet and not an actual phone line. I find Talkdesk easy to use and is nice that you can drop the phone number right in the callbar, eliminating dialing numbers. Makes my life easier!

Efficient and Clean

The experience with TalkDesk is more user friendly and I have not had any issues with the program itself. The appearance is very clean and simple. What may be more useful in the interface is the possibility to switch between callers during warm transfers which I have seen in other systems. Otherwise, everything else is works efficiently and well.

Very simple to use!
