What do you like best about Talkdesk? Great functionality for the large number of outbound I daily make. It is also easy and simple to use and the Callbar interface integrated with Salesforce is brilliant.

Great Product!
This is my first experience with anything like Talkdesk, but no complaints here. I've been using it for over a year and except for a few small problems once in awhile it has been great.

Excellent system - highly recommend.
Talkdesk is an excellent system with great analytical features that assist in the running of a small/medium business. I'd recommend this to all my friends and colleagues. The only improvement they could make would be to make the call recordings easier to export i.e in a more digestible way than a huge excel sheet which needs to be filtered excessively. Perhaps, they could find ways to export all calls made my a certain agent in isolation. Overall - fantastic product.
