This is heads and shoulders above our…
This is heads and shoulders above our last dialer. Our org has a complex phone tree and I am glad I'm not in charge of that part! We have a slack channel for any Talkdesk issue and I have not had much to do as the Salesforce Admin. The one time I had a large issue was when Salesforce had a massive server issue and I had to remove the oAuth for every Talkdesk user that was logged in that day. That was not fun at all.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? TalkDesk has been an excellent upgrade from a more traditional "hard phone" solution. The ability to quickly "dial" via TalkDesk is a big timesaver.
