What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like how easy it is to navigate and use. I like how reliable it is for me and for my customers. I like that there is caller ID and you can save new contacts. I like how if no one is available you can leave a voice mail and it is put in our queue. Makes my job so much easier!

Talkdesk is one of the easiest call centre softwares I have used, others in the past have been very cluttered and hard to understand. With Talkdesk the functionality is easy to manage and navigate, I was able to learn how to use all the benefits very quickly. I have to use this product every day and I have come across no major issues in the past year.
