"Simple and effective!"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that the layout is simple and easy to navigate, when I first started using Talkdesk it took me no time to pick it up. I like that you are able monitor your own statistics, find your previous calls and download them without a second thought.

TalkDesk as been nothing short of fantastic. If you're a daily use and you need that flexibility and reliability, TalkDesk is the best and only choice. We integrate it with SalesForce and that has made tracking and reporting far easier

"Works well for our support team!"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk works great for our support team. We do use the Salesforce integration so all of our data and information is in one place, which is helpful across the business! There is a ton of info/data provided from an admin standpoint and we can really use it to pinpoint where we are succeeding and where we need work.
