TalkDesk is used to contact customer and discuss with them about web hosting issues, its an easy tool to handle and I never had issues using it.

Easy To Use

Talkdesk has been really easy to use. I personally have not ran into any issues with talkdesk. I like that I can go back and listen to calls if I need to.
