What do you like best about Talkdesk? It's easy to use and tracks my calls. I'm easily able to go to my call records, retrieve past call recordings, and update contact information based on what TalkDesk provides. We live in an area that gets evacuated at least once a year for hurricanes or tropical storms, I've used TalkDesk operating off a cell phone hot spot with no problems!

Talk Desk has been a great addition
Talk Desk has been a great addition! This has been a really great software. I love the ability for it to integrate with other softwares such as Zendesk. It has helped improve efficiency in the team and it helps track calls really well.
