What do you like best about Talkdesk? That we don't have to use actual phones, the avaya is a really bad system compared to what Talkdesdk is able to do with all the possible options, besides the fact that you can transfer to groups, specific people, or anyone available.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I really appreciate the ability to swap between Web and Widget mode, it really makes it handy if we are experiencing issues with the widget app, but still need to make calls.

TalkDesk is the best! Easy to use and can be used virtually anywhere. Login from the office, home, or even on the road. As long as you have an internet connection, you can use TalkDesk. I've even used the software during a hurricane evacuation working off my mobile hot spot.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like the fact that all features and services run smoothly to where rarely technical support is needed but when it is the case we get a response within a minimum amount of time.
