"Amazing Experience with Talkdesk"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? The ability to see numbers and users names. It's nice that the calls come to 3 people at a time as it helps to know you have support if you are not able to answer the call. This cuts down on calls being queued.

"A consistent phone system"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that we are able to see who is online and the different status options in talkdesk, it is very helpful for coordinating phone calls, transfers, and pretty much everything else.

It makes my day easier
It makes my day easier! I really like that I can log my calls to my customers directly from Talkdesk to Salesforce. It helps me to avoid double-logging and saves me time.

TalkDesk is the best! Easy to use and can be used virtually anywhere. Login from the office, home, or even on the road. As long as you have an internet connection, you can use TalkDesk. I've even used the software during a hurricane evacuation working off my mobile hot spot.
