What do you like best about Talkdesk? For our sales agents on the phone is quite easy to learn, use, and navigate. And as a manager of said team, it is easy to navigate and make team changes when changing or adding agents to ring groups.

"Exactly what we needed"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The ability to easily supervise my team and track data on each individual agent. It makes it very easy to see who is doing what when, who is slacking, and what is happening in real time as well as what is happening over time. I am able to "micromanage" from afar by listening to calls and watching live reporting as well. I also love all the training videos, which made our transition to talkdesk nearly seamless.

Superb Software

Talkdesk is a phenomenal software that has really helped my company succeed. Working in the hospitality industry, we get hundreds of calls a day. Talkdesk helps us organize all of these calls and is able to save calls so that we can go back and listen to recorded calls as needed. It also easily connects the caller to their person account which is synced with Salesforce so all of the caller's info, notes on Reservations etc. is easily visible within seconds of receiving the call. "Good for a small business, has nice integrations"
