We've used Talkdesk now for over a year…
We've used Talkdesk now for over a year and found it to be a perfect solution for our needs. We take about 4500 calls a day and Talkdesk is able to handle our needs. I've also personally found their support staff to be great. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

I work in Customer Service, where I receive inbound and make outbound phone calls. Before TalkDesk, we were using another calling system that made everything extremely difficult.There were several times where calls were dropped, the sound quality was awful, or the platform did not work! We then switched to TalkDesk, the transition was so smooth and the platform was perfect! Happy we switched to Talkdesk!
Our company switched to Talkdesk a few months ago from another phone system. We were looking for a program that would fit our needs, be easy to use and allow us the piece of mind of fewer phone glitches and issues. First of all, the customer service is without question 1000x more efficient and helpful than our last system, and our implementation rep has been wonderful. I like the platform

Talkdesk is a looks great and is easy to use.I do have the occasional call drop, but other than that, the experience is great.
