What do you like best about Talkdesk? The ease of use and the feature that enables all the numbers on your browser to talk desk links, which allows you to call just by clicking on the number.

Talkdesk for marketing

Talkdesk is my personal preference after using the app over a year now!
After using Talkdesk for over a year as an employee at G4S; I can honestly say that this is the best app I have used to date. I love the features included; which makes everything much better than the average Joe most call centers use. For some or more examples; the Note feature that's included within Talkdesk is very useful; which you don't need to use Word or the Notepad app in order to reserve space. Gorgeous UI, easy to use, seamless transition
Talkdesk has provided us a great level support when it comes to migration + setup from our previous vendor.Overall the level of customization + clean UI is the best I've seen.Not to mention they have Talkdesk academy which also helps you learn the platform before switching over
