Love Talkdesk... Where's the Warm-Transfer Wrap-up?
I'm a supervisor for a call center and love the ease at which I can pull recorded calls from my team with Talk Desk. They also have a great reporting feature that allows me to see details like speed to answer and total inbound and outbound calls. I'm not sure if it's a feature already created, in the works, or not at all, but I would love a drop-in feature as a supervisor for those angry homeowner calls I could listen to "live." The best call center software!
Talkdesk makes it easy to operate nationwide from a single office space. Our local store teams are able to focus on the people in front of them and our Guest Experience team is able to deliver incredible service from a remote office. Admin and Reporting functionality is top-notch and the support team is always quick to help when we run into a problem.

I have used TalkDesk on several clients.
I have used TalkDesk on several clients now. It is nice to see the improvements that were made in the time between first using TalkDesk and now. We use it with a larger client and it works wonderfully day in and day out. My only complaint is that the reporting will get hung up at times and needs a refreshing.

Talkdesk is really simple to use
Talkdesk is really simple to use, clean interface. There are a lot of functions that could be easier to use in the reports in finding certain information about agents.

Talkdesk is user-friendly and the conversations are pleasant to hear. Sometimes a conversation comes through with some interference, but nevertheless it is nice to communicate.

Sound quality is good and the automated…
Sound quality is good and the automated redirects via groups is a great feature. Cannot give it a 5 stars due to the quality of the callbar app you can download. It still redirects me to a browser for login instead of letting me login in the app. Im not sure why this is necessary.
