I really like Talk Desk

I really like Talk Desk. I use the call bar, but I still keep talkdesk.com up on my desk top to search area codes. Been able to connect with a lot of people which has helped my job!

Talkdesk usually works great

Talkdesk usually works great. Has some issues with dropping calls but I think that is more of a network bandwidth issue rather than the application.

Very Reliable and Efficient Recording

I’ve used TalkDesk for almost a year now, and I’ve found it to be incredibly reliable. TalkDesk offers myself and my team the ability to communicate with our guests quickly and effectively during urgent, time-sensitive situations. We care able to track performance, including how much time agents are spending resolving issues which has been useful when creating a staffing structure and training. What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk is an excellent platform on which to connect with customers across a variety of communication methods such as phone, chat and email.

It's fairly good

It's fairly good, although there are regularly issues like bugs and glitches and users have to log out and back in often otherwise calls are dropped or don't ring properly. Also, wish it were possible to pull reports showing the details of a call, which agents it rang to first and how many before it was answered.

Improve mobile app

Talkdesk mobile app is still not reliable. It turns the status in offline every time the wifi or 4G signal is lost, even for a second.Also, there is no contact list and register of calls in the mobile app.
