Excellent, though there are problems sometimes like one-way audio I believe it does not from the app, its from hardware. But when we talked about the usability of the platform that's excellent.

Talkdesk with Salesforce

I'm using Talkdesk with the Salesforce connector.Talkdesk callbar it's not working properly sometimes. When I click on the phone of a contact in Salesforce, it does not prompt the call in Talkdesk. I need to insert manually the phone number in Talkdesk callbar.The mobile app of Talkdesk is not really realiable.
