Easy of Convenience
Easy of ConvenienceThe best part for me is that I was doing not only live and recorded call reviews, but also reporting based off of daily call volumes. Talkdesk is definitely one of the easiest platforms in delivering real-time data.

Talkdesk is very easy to use, it is uder-friendly!
Talkdesk is very easy to use. It is user friendly and I get to do more QA task because the interface is not complicated. Recordings are clear and all interactions are indeed recorded. I hope all companies use Talkdesk especially those who have QA monitoring in their KPIs.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that you can use the Studio feature to create a logic branch for your company phone. The tool is super extensible with forwarding, callback, voicemail, and other features included. No programming required.
