Hernan G.Talkdesk is such a great software to provide the best customer service experience by getting different communication channels so the custmers can choose the easiest option for them, voice or text.Besides you can categorize every request in order to build the best reports to better understands customer needs and after that you will have the option to automate some of your processes.Definitely a great tool.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk tool is easy to deploy ,integrate and train the users easily to start using the system.The best part of Talkdesk is the Reporting functionality which helps the leaders to view the calls and take better insights. Compared to other CRI tools it is easy to setup and change the voice mails anytime by an Admin .

"Quite good, despite some small issues"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? Nice to have abandoned the traditional smartphone, in favour of the softphone, which is much more comfortable when working.

Great app for a big Sales Team
We love to use Talkdesk because we can call all our makets without any problems. For the market managers of our companies it is really useful to track performance of the agents or to use it as a training tool for new agents.

Manual calls are now the thing of the past…
Manual calls are now the thing of the past for my team now. We can simply hit a link for the customer and talkdesk does the rest. It provides a new age alternative to the contact center world! I love the fact Talkdesk provided a free trial period that allowed my team and myself to see how useful it could be to our organization. User-friendly and easy to use

Easy of Convenience
Easy of ConvenienceThe best part for me is that I was doing not only live and recorded call reviews, but also reporting based off of daily call volumes. Talkdesk is definitely one of the easiest platforms in delivering real-time data.
