"Lightweight and gets things done"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? I use the callbar all day and it's nice because it's never in the way or slows things down. I can communicate and keep doing things on the computer with no issues. It's also nice to say the hour to hour breakdown on the reporting as well as live agents.

Easy and efficient

Talkdesk is great to have different groups, you can filter and choose the country or the type of call that you want receive.Also Talkdesk has the option to modify the different reasons call, make your work easier.
