I've used many different callbar…
I've used many different callbar software programs in the past, including RingCentral and ShoreTel. My experience with TalkDesk has exceeded expectations and I've found it to be a reliable software for our team. We have experienced the occasional dropped call but this could be attributed to many factors. When working remotely, TalkDesk has allowed us to maintain our high standards and focus on supporting customers.

Talkdesk is easy to use and quick to learn, but some of the more advanced options (integrations with other apps, CRM data availability within platform) leave some room for improvement.
