You could do better

There are much better options for a VoIP application, there are much worse options for a VoIP application. Talkdesk got plenty of hype by being called a "unicorn" company but has yet to really deserve that. The support is mediocre, the service itself is mediocre, the integrations are mediocre, the UI is consistently broken, basically everything about it is mediocre. TalkDesk is great phone apps, improvement needed

TalkDesk is great phone apps, however, it took them ages to fix their integration issue with Zendesk.The other this is, there is no way for me to access our contact list directly from the CallBar app.

I don't like how you are not able to…

I don't like how you are not able to anchor the call bar so it doesn't overlap with your work. There are too many screens you need to have open to use the application.

The system is great and it has lots of wonderful features that have enabled us to be more efficient and thorough. However, not having a training guide or online help makes it very difficult to learn (the tutorials are good but they do not connect the dots and every time you want to view one to obtain answers you have to register and if you are not a visual learner you are out of luck).
