Talkdesk is awesome!
I've had a really good experience with Talkdesk in my 2 years of using it. I love how easy it is to navigate and the reporting isn't too complex. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Good Quality and Good Integrations
After using other VOIP softphones at our company, we switched to Talkdesk. Talkdesk has much better quality overall and very few issues over time (only minor inconveniences to our process, no actual service disruptions where Talkdesk was completely down). Additionally, it works very well with Salesforce for us. It did take a bit of setup for us to do, but definitely has most if not all of the functionality we were really looking for.

Great system
This is the first and only phone software I have used to connect with clients but I have no complaints. 9/10 times the connection is great. It is very easy to use and navigate.

Talkdesk is very reliable
Talkdesk is very reliable, have never had an issue with it. Any time I've needed help, their Support team has assisted promptly.

No problems in 4 years of use!
Our small business uses Talkdesk for all of our phone needs, including customer service, orders, and sales calls. We have not experienced any technical issues or outages in the four years we have been using the service. We like that it integrates with HelpScout to automatically import customer emails, as well as ticket creation for all incoming calls.Voicemails are accessible, and the Slack integration lets us know when calls are in queue. The user interface is clunky...
The user interface is clunky and the call quality is variable. Talkdesk relies on internet bandwidth, but zoom has a more consistent quality connection for me on video than Talkdesk that’s just audio. Logging calls is clunky.
