Overall it is good for me the hardest two parts are:1. Transfering to another remote team member2. When a person has an extension the keypad doesn't seem to connect with the company land line which is frustrating.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? It is super easy to use! Super simplified! User friendly. Not many dropped calls. Easy to trouble shoot. Quick and efficient way to stay connected with clients. Syncs with Salesforce which is a huge plus.

Talkdesk Mobile App

I downloaded the mobile app and have been impressed with the convenience of being able to make and take calls from my cell phone. If you have Talkdesk but don't have the mobile app, download it and try it out.

The system is very easy to use

The system is very easy to use, easy to setup, and easy to manage.There are some small issues with no longer having a native Chrome app, but that isn't on Talkdesk, that is on Google Chrome for depreciating apps like that.The reporting features are already there and are easy to use.

Easy to Use, Easy to Implement & As Complex as You Need It

TalkDesk has been by far the most comprehensive as well as the easiest tool to implement of all the Technical Support Tools I've had to implement over the course of a decade. We use the Tool to manage multiple phones as well as in multiple regions. It's integration with email and out ticketing system makes management of the tool just a completely automated process. We couldn't ask for a better tool to manage our calls.
