Very satisfied!
Changing from a different software to Talkdesk made many things much easier for my team and me. Especially features like listening to a live call, or transferring it to another agent, benefits our workflow immensely. The possibility of leaving notes on a number helps us to quickly prepare of what's to come when answering a call. Our team is using this especially for more complex queries and complicated customers who are likely to return.Would highly recommend Talkdesk!

Talkdesk is a straightforward, easy to use tool when it comes to segregating calls in categories such as language group, type of call (i.e. customer experience versus security) etc., helping therefore distribute the load between agents.
