Very versatile and Innovative System

Our company has transition from regular phone line to Ring central and then to Talkdesk, and that's where we found the ideal business phone system because we have representatives that use it from the US, South America and Asia. Overall very happy and satisfied with the features and we believe this has checked all the boxed for our needs!

I like Talkdesk call reporting system

I like Talkdesk call reporting system. It makes easier to monitor ad campaigns. I also like various filter options to segment calls from various sources. Overall, it is a very nice tool.

Reliable and Customizable

Talkdesk is reliable and works well for our team. It's rather technical and can get complicated fast, and for someone who doesn't have a ton of experience with phone systems it can be overwhelming. The support is helpful and there are good training programs.

Overall Talkdesk gets the job done

Overall Talkdesk gets the job done. As a team manager, I feel that Talkdesk could do a better job having actual account managers that understand and communicate better with teams.

Overall Simple and Easy

Overall, the app is simple, straightforward and easy to set up and use. I did have an issue on one of my systems with it (it had previously worked fine with no issues), then for some reason stopped working. It has taken 2+ weeks to get it sorted out. It's been rather frustrating. But, I have a team of 10 ppl that use it everyday, and this is the only issue we've had.

Talkdesk is a great product. It is easy to make calls and select which channel you would like to call on. I like how there are multiple options for availability status. The user interface is nice, and the colors are pleasant.
