Helps provide a better service.
I would highly recommend Talkdesk to any customer service team. Being able to add a caller ID, caller notes, monitor and transfer calls has meant that when our customers call, they do not need speak to a different agent each time or repeat themselves. It saves our team a lot of time and allows us to provide a better service. 10/10!

TalkDesk is decent for the most part. The trouble I run into is that the app will freeze a lot, especially during calls. That turns into having to restart the app!

Much better than other services we've used, there are always going to be minor blips, but the training, interface and sandbox are all fantastic, and the customer service has always been attentive.

Solid product
Talkdesks automation and workflows are wonderful, making set up and management relatively easy. One thing to be cautious about is overestimating the number of minutes you may need as any unused credits associated with those minutes are non-refundable.
