Best Option?

Talkdesk is pretty buggy. Calls are delayed/dropped frequently and with working remotely this is pretty disappointing.

"It is easier than an avaya"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? You can choose your calls, you received one minute of aftercall ot complete your notes This new feature it is really easy to use, you can make a call with only 3 steps, copy, paste and call

TalkDesk is much better and more reliable than the system we were using prior to this. The one thing they can improve on is the functionality of their Dashboard Page as it has been very glitchy lately.

Talkdesk has really simplified my team's ability to quickly take calls and notate them in Salesforce, and collect historical data. Overall the system works smoothly and is simple for agents and management to use. The one thing I wish was different was their data and reporting tool - it's straightforward for pulling reports showing a long range of time, but if I want to quickly see how many calls we've had today, I have to click through too many filters.
