What do you like best about Talkdesk? The most helpful aspect of Talkdesk is the ease of answering calls and taking notes. It combines both portions perfectly and effectively for more work to be completed.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The reliability of a clean non-disruptive call connection with my customers. The ease in use to connect, transfer and login call notes is also a major plus. Not need to open a long winded case on all calls that are submitted. Tracking of all incoming calls and the ability to see the queue numbers at all times.

It's a great tool that you can use if you need to be in constant comunication with your clients, however, sometimes it has connection issues

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Viewing the name of saved contact on calls, would be nice to see both name and phone number for the whole call duration and not just when ringing.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? The best feature for me is the Salesforce integration. It was on our main requirement and I'm really happy because it's 100% integrated.

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk is the best telephony system by far. I have used 3 other systems and talkdesk is way features and easy to use. You don't need to know programing language to use talkdesk. Most other system you need someone that is specialized in telephony. Talkdesk have a great ivr system that you can set up yourself.
