"Talkdesk Review"
What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk navigation is very user friendly, easy to use and understand. Specially if you're training new hires, they will be able to understand the interface much faster. From my personal experience as a previous new hire, learning how to navigate talkdesk only took a few tips then were able to navigate the interface freely and were able to teach other new hires as well and giving out pointers on how to use talkdesk.
