What do you like best about Talkdesk? I like that everything is so easy to use and the dashboard is easy to read. I like the reporting feature that shows how many people are online, live agents, and so on.

"A leader in the field"

What do you like best about Talkdesk? Talkdesk is extremely easy to use; it integrates well with our Salesforce solution. Adding a new phone number in a new country takes 2 mins and you have a working number there. In the COVID times, we had to switch to 100% work from home and we didn't had any issues with Talkdesk. Also, their Support is always quick and helpful.

Plagued by issues from day 1

Plagued by issues from day 1. Caller ID still rarely works and during the COVID pandemic they refused to reduce our licenses despite having laid off 50% of the team using the application. Customer service at it's finest here!

Perfect for any business

PROS: The biggest strength of Talkdesk is that it provides seamless integration with various external parties, including CRM platforms, eliminating the need for working in silos. The app also provides sufficient contact information that allows me to have better control when steering calls.
