What do you like best? Very flexible and easy to use. The Surveys are really clean and easy to understand.The Dashboard is clean and efficient and works well especially on mobile. The continuous feedback feature is a wonderful tool that stays up to date with business needs. What do you dislike? No audio aided support. The messaging system is a little weak. What do you like best? It helps me to see clear and obvious feedback from managers and what I can be working on to improve my productivity and workflow. I also enjoy the mobile feedback tool which I can rate how well coworkers and bosses are adhering to company values and give feedback on things they can improve.
