Easy to use
Synergita is a wonderful Software for setting up reviews and review cycles. It has streamlined our process internally. Mostly user friendly, helps to have someone as your "expert" internally as your go to person. We are able to do quarterly goals/reviews as well as annual by using Synergita.

Synergita - Amazing Experience so easy and useful to use.
What do you like best? The support from the Synergita team is fantastic, friendly and quick. Customized options eases the use of the tool. What do you dislike? as of now nothing to like least.. I hope the team is working on improving the technical functionalities of the tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to get a well working Knowledge Base in place to help with Support
