What do you like best about Synergita? 360-degree feedback was a novel process to us, but it was made easier and seamless by Synergita. Our employees, even in this remote working scenario, take a genuine interest in others’ growth and give anonymous feedback to their peers. This improves the overall culture score of the workforce as we introduce training programs based on accurate reports from 360-degree feedback on each employee’s performance.

What do you like best about Synergita? PMS Module functionalities and the configuration of the Module is very versed with other market players. The Service levels are good and the team is extremely supportive.

What do you like best about Synergita? The core value rating feature is top notch. The mobile app is also very extremely usefully. The software is very user friendly, up-time is really good, and a lot of the work flow can be customized from the front end with is a big relief.
