What do you like best? The weighting controls -- I can change the relevance of certain things within search to make sure my users get what they are looking for What do you dislike? The system definitely has a bar you have to get over to be a power user. Part of that is inherent to how powerful it is, but still -- I couldn't just hand it to someone on my team without extra training. Swiftype is a great search function for your website

What benefits have you realized? This has solved a lot of our search problems and we are so happy to using them. It has allowed us to offer so many other options for search to our customers.

Customizable search the way it was meant to be!

What do you like best? The results filtering and ranking flexibility of Swiftype are unmatched by other solutions in the market. The admin portal is very user-friendly, even for not technical managers to cultivate successful search results. Platform offers very robust and granular options/capabilities which puts the control and power back into your own hands. What do you dislike? Swiftype is a great product and team to work with

What do you like best? I most enjoy being able to curate content exactly as we deem appropriate. In the past we've had a frustrating experience getting our results to rank in the order we deem most appropriate for our agents and customers, if we can get it to rank at all in some cases. What do you dislike? I've not seen eye to eye with a former customer experience manager who was unwilling to provide us data I was using to justify Swiftype's continued existence in our environment. ...

Sometimes when you make disruptive changes to your website, it takes a while to re-index unless you manually ask it to. What problems are you solving with the product?
