What do you like best? The results filtering and ranking flexibility of Swiftype are unmatched by other solutions in the market. The admin portal is very user-friendly, even for not technical managers to cultivate successful search results. Swiftype is a great product and team to work with

What do you like best? I most enjoy being able to curate content exactly as we deem appropriate. In the past we've had a frustrating experience getting our results to rank in the order we deem most appropriate for our agents and customers, if we can get it to rank at all in some cases. What do you like best? The weighting controls -- I can change the relevance of certain things within search to make sure my users get what they are looking for What do you dislike? The system definitely has a bar you have to get over to be a power user. Part of that is inherent to how powerful it is, but still -- I couldn't just hand it to someone on my team without extra training. Swiftype has changed the way users use our site

What do you like best? How easy it was to implement! I just installed their Wordpress plugin, added a search box, and all of a sudden it was working. We used the plugin for about two years and then once the tech team had more bandwidth we implemented the site crawler. What do you dislike? It's easy to implement and customize/improve

What do you like best? It's easy to customize/adjust the weighting of search of accuracy via admin site and/or adding the custmized meta tag. What do you dislike? If we can get support in Japanese, it may be better for us in Japan. I think finding the balance between speed and depth is what we're finding to be the most tricky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed the ability to implement search on our site. Swiftype does that quickly and effectively, making it customizable with API integration.

Sometimes when you make disruptive changes to your website, it takes a while to re-index unless you manually ask it to. What problems are you solving with the product?
