Really easy to setup

What do you like best? It's super easy to add domains and content. You can easily preview what searches will return and drag/drop to re-order. It also offers useful wildcard options for blacklisting. What do you dislike? We'd like to use the same engine across 4-5 sites but weight the results differently on each. This is possible but it's proven to be very complicated and feels not worth it. What do you like best? Implementation was a breeze, usability is great, and the results are very relevant. What do you dislike? A lack of control of the indexing engines. I'd love to have more control of the indexing engines. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We custom built a way of doing part number redirects. This was kind of a pain. I'd love to see this native.

What do you like best? Accurate results, easy to use, feature packed, helpful reporting, clean UI, and very helpful team who's always been their for us. I can't say enough great things about Swiftype.com. What do you dislike? i honestly have no complaints. Anything we have needed for our ecommerce site can be accomplished. What do you like best? Their interface and their customer service. What do you dislike? You have to re index sometimes to refresh Recommendations to others considering the product: I think you should def consider it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This has solved a lot of our search problems and we are so happy to using them. It has allowed us to offer so many other options for search to our customers.

Customizable search the way it was meant to be!

What do you like best? The results filtering and ranking flexibility of Swiftype are unmatched by other solutions in the market. The admin portal is very user-friendly, even for not technical managers to cultivate successful search results. Platform offers very robust and granular options/capabilities which puts the control and power back into your own hands. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The weighting controls -- I can change the relevance of certain things within search to make sure my users get what they are looking for What do you dislike? The system definitely has a bar you have to get over to be a power user. Part of that is inherent to how powerful it is, but still -- I couldn't just hand it to someone on my team without extra training.
