Excellent search engine with lots of customizations

What do you like best? Indexing, type ahead. The weekly reports generated What do you dislike? Sometimes when you make disruptive changes to your website, it takes a while to re-index unless you manually ask it to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing search on a static website. Excellent search summary, great weekly reports

Really easy to setup

What do you like best? It's super easy to add domains and content. You can easily preview what searches will return and drag/drop to re-order. It also offers useful wildcard options for blacklisting. What do you dislike? We'd like to use the same engine across 4-5 sites but weight the results differently on each. This is possible but it's proven to be very complicated and feels not worth it. Swiftype is Great

What do you like best? Implementation was a breeze, usability is great, and the results are very relevant. What do you dislike? A lack of control of the indexing engines. I'd love to have more control of the indexing engines. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We custom built a way of doing part number redirects. This was kind of a pain. I'd love to see this native.
