The agent I had was wonderful
The agent I had was wonderful! I kept needing to change dates and she was so understanding. She walked me through the whole process , which made it so much easier . She was very patient and explained everything so well. Exceptional customer service skills. Thank you Claire Tucker !!

It was a pleasure to be assisted by Trenisha C as she navigated me through perilous adversity in completing payroll while overseas. Trenisha was calm, collected, knowledgeable and very thorough. I have been trying to get some answers about certain functions of the time and attendance portion of SurePayroll. I spoke with Tamera yesterday and she was EXCELLENT. We discussed my needs... and troubleshot the problem until we found a solution that was exactly what I needed.
