Outstanding service from Jarett P.
I've had a great experience getting my account setup with Jarett P. I've had multiple questions that I've communicated through phone and email and he's always been very quick to respond. He's taken care to address the specific needs of my account and that's given me a great sense of comfort in using the SurePayroll service.

Kaci B was great on our call today
Kaci B was great on our call today. My thought process can seem a little scattered to some at times, but she was patient with me and took the time to understand what I was asking. She was knowledgeable and got me the information that I needed to take care of a large issue and put me in contact with the right people that could help with some other things. She did a wonderful job. I wish all customer service representatives were as polite and as good at their job as Kaci.
