It took me a while to get my payroll…
It took me a while to get my payroll account set up. Not because of Surepayroll but we are a growing company experiencing many changes. Joe long helped us through it all and after hanging in there for over a month it was Mission Accomplished! Joe was patient and professional, never giving up on us. Joe long is an asset to Surepayroll. I highly recommend this company!

Heidi V was amazing in helping us set this up. We had quite a complex data-entry process that took months of re-entering data on her side and she was patient and awesome throughout. We are soon to go live w/the new PR system and it appears it will provide all that we need.
