The Best Payroll Company in America!
We are a new start-up, and our questions were numerous. The larger payroll companies, were only interested in taking from us, but provided very little insight in how the process actually worked. Our Rep - John Kolb from SurePayroll is knowledgeable, transparent, and also honorable, reliable and communicative, and that's why the Brooklyn Music and Leadership Institute continues to work with SurePayroll.

SUREPAYROLL IS AWESOME
As a new agent with Allstate, I received several emails from different companies in regards to payroll. Joe email was different, because he followed up with a phone call. It took about a month to hire staff but Joe worked with me, stayed in contact to assist with imputing staff into system. He followed up again, made a few phone calls to walk me through the process. David Schueler was beyond helpful. He was patient, despite me being frustrated with my problem. He was able to educate me and resolve the issue. I was grateful that he was patient and nonjudgemental. We need more people like David in this world, truly a GEM for your company.

Fantasctic System and Customer Service
Surepayroll has been a great experience for us so far. From our onboarding with our amazing account Rep Aaron to the customer service we have received every step of the way. Anytime we have questions, the team is there to help. Beyond that savings on our monthly and annual payroll cost was a huge bonus for our team!

I received extensive customer support, including the research needed to validate account numbers, banking information and transaction history. Trenisha C was quite helpful and answered my questions with a willingness to monitor my account status as we discussed the steps necessary to correct the errors in the automated system. Her patience and listening skills were notable on this call.
