Overall Great Experience!

Best Customer Service I've experienced with Payroll
I am absolutely loving my experience with SurePayroll. The customer service I've received has been second to none. Joseph Long was amazing to work with and guided me through the entire setup process. The 2-day direct deposit feature was a huge selling point for our company. The platform is also very user friendly. Thanks for a great product and experience.

Babby was amazing, so helpful, courteous and kind! I have previously had such poor experiences with customer service at Sure Payroll. This experience with Babby was night and day difference for the positive. Thank you so much for your help! :)

Getting started
I had been with the same payroll company for decades so I was concerned about the transition. Jarett P. was incredibly helpful and communicative both by phone and email. I was also extremely busy finishing my work on a film and pretty distracted during the process . Jarett was incredibly patient throughout and helped me get set up

Sheniqua Marcelle at Surepayroll helped me run my confusing payroll and was very knowledgeable and helpful, which I really appreciated!!!
Sheniqua Marcelle at Surepayroll helped me to figure out how to run my complicated payroll. She was extremely helpful, very patient with me and very clear, concise and intelligent with her directions. If I could use her every time I need to run my payroll, I would, since she was so pleasant to work with. I give her 5 stars!!!

Zkeria saved the day!
I was initially frustrated. I was doing a year end payroll and needed live assistance. Instead of the promised callback, the system would call me once and then hang up. I started an online chat with Zkeria. She quickly determined a live call was actually needed, so she called me. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through what I needed to do. Extremely appreciative!! Even though their Contact Center call back system wasn't working properly, their stellar employee made up for it. Thanks!
