Sequana Rocks !!!
I had the opportunity to work with Ms. Sequana, Customer Service Rep. She has made me change what and how our comppany feel about Surepayroll. She brought her knowledge to the table this morning. I had read the tutor on how to use the additional check exercise, she walk me through it. She showed the entire process with a smile. I appreciate her for helping me with style.

Great problem solver!
I had a complicated issue that took patience and perseverance to solve and Tim was really terrific. He was a terrific problem solver and persisted with me to work through the problem. During the call, he was very calm, friendly and professional.

Ryan Mino was super helpful and patient with our tricky situation. We are a small church with one clergy and 3 Non-Comp employees. Being able to serve all of their payroll needs online has brought us into the 21st century. And with my limited tech skills, Ryan made me feel at ease and competent. Thanks Ryan!

Great working with Liz Romano
After a few weeks of researching the various payroll services I decided to go with SurePayroll. I worked with Liz Romano who explained the various options that were available to me now as well as when my business might expand. She set me up to run my first payroll next week and it was a truly seamless process. I'm at peace knowing that this initial process is behind me and comforted by knowing that I can reach out to Elizabeth with any questions that I may have.
