Sheniqua Marcelle is awesome!
Sheniqua Marcelle was awesome! Every quarter end (when I do my payroll) for the past year when I tried to log into my account I would get the same message that told me to contact customer service. And every time I would spend over an hour on the phone trying to get logged in. After finally getting in I was told that my log in issues were solved! Then on quarter later it was Ground Hog's Day again!! Same issues!! Sheniqua was the first and only support person that apparently understood what ...

Easy Setup Process
After 8 years with a different payroll organization I needed to make a change. I reviewed the customer comments and various online rating of payroll services, SurePayroll was highly rated which built my confidence that I was made the correct decision . I was contacted by Claire T. who made the set up process very easy. I'm looking forward to getting started with SurePayroll next month.

Adding PTO policy
Mariah Bradley was incredibly helpful, patient and thorough in assisting with setting up a PTO policy and checking that payroll was correct after set up. Highly recommend.

John K. helped fix a problem Gusto Created - Great People and Platform
SurePayroll offers a fair price point, a great interface and just as importantly, a good group of people behind that interface. John K. went out of his way to answer my questions and ensure my setup went well. He helped move everything over from Gusto to SurePayroll and in fact, saw that Gusto had made a big mistake in its accounting that goes with my company's S-Corp status.
