The experience was excellent with Angel
The experience was excellent with Angel. I appreciated his patience while assisting me. I have an employee who needs very detailed instructions and Angel was quite helpful in providing all the details necessary to make the employee's registration and login successful.

Claire is the very best! At Sure Payroll you get true customer service! The payroll is great, but the people make it amazing! I would highly recommend this service to any small business - easy, simple, affordable & again fantastic customer service!!

Maggie S
Maggie S. was super-committed in getting our Surepayroll account up and running. She was supportive, clear in her explanations, and checked in on me periodically. Not only did I have several hurdles to overcome, but I was unable last year when I tried to close this task with Surepayroll. The people involved last year may not have been knowledgeable enough, but the main point was, they didn't care. Maggie really cares.

Sheniqua is Professional and Knowledgeable
Sheniqua was professional, courteous and knowledgeable during our support call. She was able to resolve the issues for me to complete satisfaction.She also followed the next day to assure the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I've told many other small business owners they should look into using SurePayroll. The excellent customer service as provided by Sheniqua is one, if not the, primary reason.

Excellent experience running first payroll!
We just set up and ran our first payroll through SurePayroll. Heidi provided the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving I could have hoped for. We spoke 4-5 times throughout the week as I worked to figure out paying our children for our real estate business. The SurePayroll interface is very user friendly. Overall, excellent experience and highly satisfied!
