Well Designed System with Responsive Customer Service
The SurePayroll system is easy to setup and Lauren B was very helpful answering questions and following up with onboarding. I had some issues with the IRS issuing a tax id that extended the onboarding time to about 10 days, but those were unrelated to SurePayroll and due to other businesses I own that caused a conflict with the IRS's automated system.

Affordable, knowledgeable, and responsive payroll service
Joe Long made the process of transitioning from another payroll company quick and seamless. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I appreciate Sure Payroll’s competitive pricing (for the comprehensive services they provide) and the ease of running payroll. I also appreciate that they generate a packet of required compliance posters for your state. That’s something that cost extra with the last company I used.

SurePayroll greatly assisted me in setting up a Payroll account
SurePayroll greatly assisted me in sitting up my household payroll. The payroll tax system is extremely cumbersome and frustrating. SurePayroll provided the needed support. I commend Jarett Pesci for assisting through the process, by sending reminders and helping set up our account. He provided great support and was very attentive.
