Rachael is outstanding. She is patient, understanding, knowledgeable and above all sincere. She made me feel comfortable and was genuinely concerned that I had a clear understanding. Ryan Mino was exponentially helpful in getting me set up and helping me as a small biz owner get payroll set up quickly and explain and ease my fears about the whole process. I also will save literally over $100 per month by using sure pay as opposed to any local tax services available to me in my rural area!

Amazing Customer Service

Aaron Rhodes in Sales walked me through the entire SurePayroll setup process, including applying for a Federal EIN and collecting information needed from my employee. He was patient and knowledgeable, and he followed up with me to complete the process after I got my EIN. Amazing customer service! In addition, I was able to complete my first payroll without assistance. The SurePayroll service is well designed and easy to use.

Outstanding customer service! I couldn't have done it without my rep's assistance. Dylan Platt did a wonderful job explaining the solution to me, breaking it down in easy to understand basics. He also guided me through the enrollment, filling out stuff he could, which also made everything so easy. I am beyond impressed and I have to say 100% of the reason I decided to go with Surepayroll is due to Dylan's dedication to customer service.

Trenisha was a super star!

Trenisha was professional, helpful and REALLY knowledgable. She answered my employee tax question and verified that the employee's state was set up correctly. She also took the time to explain why Maryland trumped Delaware for taxes, so that we can explain to the employee. Immensely helpful!
